Spread positive energy with resilience and courage.

Spread positive energy with resilience and courage.

I am grateful for being alive today. It is my joy and pleasure to live another wonderful day!

Affirmation for today:

I spread positive energy when I cross paths with others.

I am the bearer of good energy. Whenever I meet someone, I give them the best of my soul. It is impactful when I choose to spread positivity to those around me.

Each morning when I wake up, I commit to resilience and courage. Arming myself with those tools gets me through anything. When I am ready for whatever comes my way, I can maintain control of my emotions.

Being emotionally grounded results in great personal and professional relationships. I know that others feed off my energy, so I do what is required to keep it positive.

Saying good morning to my family at home and my colleagues at work sets the tone for a great day. It reminds everyone that I love and respect them. When I start someone off with that feeling, it carries them throughout their day also.

Humor is a big part of my personality. I make witty comments when appropriate to keep the energy in the room on a high note.

I believe in the power of laughter to turn any negative situation around. It lightens the air and lifts the spirit. I use laughter to calm the nerves of my colleagues during presentations. It is my way of encouraging them to do their best.

Today, I am a walking beacon of goodness and light. My commitment is to leave a trail of glittering positivity and high hopes for each person who crosses my path. The beauty of life comes from offering goodness to the world around me.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How do I encourage myself during emotionally challenging times?
  2. Can I create time to do a full moon ritual for my self care?
  3. What can I commit to share with each person I meet?  (A word and a smile is sometimes all it takes to light someone up! – and it can light you up in the process.)

Namaste,

Nan
